The Signature Database System (SDS) is a robust, web-based solution that serves as a centralized repository for all digital customer signatures across various bank account types. SDS enables seamless capture of signature cards using TWAIN-compliant scanners and supports integration with multiple signature pad devices, ensuring flexibility and compatibility.

SDS integrates with the Bank Host System, synchronizing signature images periodically for secure sharing across host applications. It also connects with the Bank Cheque Clearing System, enhancing operational efficiency. INCHEQS SDS is fully integrated with INCHEQS ICS, allowing signature verification to occur alongside technical verification. This process places signature specimens and board resolutions next to cheque images and inward clearing data for quick, accurate eyeball verification—boosting productivity and reducing errors.

Functional, in collaboration with InsiteMy, delivers and supports the Cheque Image Clearing System (CICS) for the Philippine banking sector. CICS automates cheque clearing between banks using digital cheque images through the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC), the official clearing agency designated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). This advanced system accelerates cheque processing, minimizes manual intervention, and ensures compliance with industry standards.
